• Developing, managing and updating tender procedures
• Writing, editing and proofreading of Tender Technical Proposals for relevant sectors
• Collecting, collating and compiling bid documents
• Creating standardized Technical Proposals for relevant services and sectors
• On time completion and submission of tenders according to customer specifications and requirements
• Sourcing tenders and working directly with sales teams, customers and executive management to lead the sales response, business case, and/or proposal process within a tender response to generate and increase revenue and working with multiple people and organization, within tight deadlines.
• Attending tender briefing sessions
• Negotiating tenders contracts with/on behalf of clients
• Management of tenders on behalf of clients.
